The platform was designed and built from scratch as a multi-tenant SaaS product, spanning a customer-facing signing experience, an HR/ops management portal, an admin and partner portal, and an API layer for third-party integrations.

Credit-Based Billing Engine
Every billable action (signing, OTP delivery, storage, user creation, approvals) consumes credits from a prepaid balance. The engine includes a ledger-style transaction log, real-time balance checks, and volume pricing tiers. -
Document Upload & Template Management
Users upload documents or generate them from templates with dynamic custom fields (names, dates, roles, signature blocks). The system handles multi-page PDFs with field overlay rendering. -
Mobile-First Electronic Signing
Signers receive a link via email or SMS and complete signing from any device without creating an account. The flow is optimized for minimal friction in high-turnover, multilingual environments. -
OTP Identity Verification
Built natively into the platform with no third-party dependency. OTPs are delivered via email or SMS, consumed as credits, and every verification event is logged as part of the immutable audit trail. -
Approval Workflow Engine
Configurable multi-step, multi-party routing (e.g. HR → Legal → Director) with assigned approvers, deadlines, automated reminders, and timestamped completion records. Workflows are saveable as reusable templates. -
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Granular permissions across document visibility, approval authority, archiving access, and dashboards. Each role sees only the data and actions relevant to their scope. -
Secure Document Archiving
GDPR-compliant storage with EU-aligned retention policies. Charged on store, free on retrieval. Supports role-based access per document, download logs, and compliance audit exports for labor inspections. -
Real-Time Notifications & Audit Logs
Every document event (sent, opened, signed, declined, overdue) triggers notifications and is written to an immutable timestamped log, forming a complete legal audit trail exportable for regulatory review.
Partner & Reseller Modules

Admin & Partner Portal
Resellers manage sub-accounts, credit balances, custom branding, and client onboarding from a dedicated portal, isolated from end-client environments. Partners have no direct access to client document content — only to account and usage administration. -
White-Label Configuration
Branding, routing, and login experience are fully customizable per partner, allowing resellers to deliver a seamless, on-brand signing experience to their customers without exposing the underlying platform. -
Per-Client Usage Analytics
Real-time dashboards give partners visibility into credit consumption, document volumes, and activity per client — enabling margin management, renewal forecasting, and proactive support. -
Credit Resale Model
Partners purchase credits in bulk at volume pricing and allocate them to sub-accounts. The margin between bulk purchase price and retail allocation is the partner's revenue mechanism — simple, transparent, and scalable.

Signatures meet the EU eIDAS regulation with legally valid audit trails. All data processing follows GDPR principles (data minimization, purpose limitation, privacy by design). All data is stored and processed on EU-based servers. -
Identity & Authentication
OTP verification gates every signing or approval action with a second factor, delivered via email or SMS without requiring account creation. Role-based access control ensures no user can access data or perform actions outside their assigned scope. -
Document Integrity
Every document carries an immutable, cryptographically timestamped audit trail covering creation, delivery, opens, verifications, signatures, approvals, and downloads. Signed documents are sealed at completion, preventing post-signature modification. -
Multi-Tenancy & Tenant Separation
Tenant isolation is enforced at the data layer. One organization's documents, users, credits, and workflows are never accessible to another. Partner sub-accounts operate within strict data boundaries, and white-label configurations create no shared data surfaces between clients. -
Access Logging & Monitoring
Every access event is logged with actor, action, and timestamp. Usage dashboards provide real-time visibility into system activity for anomaly detection and audit preparation. -
Partner Security
The partner portal is isolated from end-client portals. Partners manage sub-accounts and credit balances without direct access to client document content.
